Florida's minimum wage reaches $15.00 per hour on September 30, 2026, completing the phased increase schedule approved by voters under Amendment 2 in 2020. The tipped employee minimum wage also increases to $11.98/hr. After reaching $15.00, future adjustments will be based on the annual CPI increase. This affects over 1 million Florida workers.
