This program aims to enable participants to identify and compare generational cohorts, including Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z, by recognizing defining characteristics, values, and work styles that influence workplace interactions. They will learn to develop effective multigenerational communication skills by adapting verbal, non-verbal, and written communication to various generational preferences, while also using suitable technologies and channels to bridge communication gaps.
